Customer privacy policy

T2T takes all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. All data regarding you and the information that you provide will be kept private and confidential in accordance with our privacy policy. No personal information or any data will be sold to any third party. Your banking details are incrypted and kept separately from general information by My Gate which is our third party payment portal. Please visit www.mygate.co.za for more details. Management and staff do not have access to any of your banking details.  Personal information shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).
