Delivery Periods and Delays

• Goods purchased on this site will be sent counter to counter, to your nearest post office, via speed services courier and normally within 48 hours after confirmation of payment. Should you require an alternative delivery method then please let us know and we will advise cost of door to door delivery.
• Delivery of adult toys, games, etc (Except for lingerie) will be +- 2 working days after confirmation of payment and depended on your location.
• We will contact you if any of the ordered items are out of stock and if the delivery is going to take longer than expected.
• We will endeavour to deliver goods within these time periods, but goods are subject to availability.
• Any dates we specify for the delivery of goods are approximations only and we shall not be liable for any costs, damages, charges, or expenses incurred, caused by any delay in the delivery of the goods.
• Our failure to meet approximate delivery dates will not be grounds for you to cancel the sale.
• Some orders may be delivered in more than one drop.
• We will only deliver goods to the nearest post office specified. If no post office is specified, then the parcel will be sent to the closest post office as per street address specified. A waybill number will be emailed once the parcel is handed in at the post office.
• You are required to make all the necessary arrangements to take delivery of the goods whenever they are ready for delivery.
• Should you not collect your parcel from the post office within a specified time, then the parcel will be returned and you will be charged R70.00 for re-sending it back to you.
• Lingerie is subject to availability and delivery can take up to 10 working days.
• Should a specific garment or item be discontinued by our suppliers then we will either offer you a replacement item or offer you a full refund.
